Utilizing a proprietary combination of aggregates and a Trade Secret encapsulation process, First National Panel Company has developed an improved concrete mix and a line of superior precast concrete products.

We offer significant cost savings together with design flexibility and a wide variety of colors and finishes to choose from. Panels function as both exterior and interior walls, and you can cut them with a standard skill saw.

Our concrete surpasses the strength properties of solid concrete. Weight reductions of up to 65% give you panels that are safer and easier to build with.

We deliver long lasting, weather resistent, termite and fire proof concrete panels with better sound insulation properties and increased energy efficiency.

precast concrete panels
First National Panel Company's precast concrete products and manufacturing process comply with the strict guidelines set for commercial building codes and therefore exceed Manufactured Housing Building codes. This is why FNPC precast concrete panels do not have to be certified.

U.S. Code Acceptance
The 2003 version of the International Residental Code (IRC) recognizes precast concrete foundations walls. Designs that utilize the precast should be subimitted for pre-approval with other architectural details at building permit application.
