First National Panel Company's precast concrete products and

Building codes. This is why FNPC precast concrete panels do not have to
be certified.
U.S. Code Acceptance
The 2003 version of the International Residental Code (IRC) recognizes
precast concrete foundations walls. Designs that utilize the precast
should be subimitted for pre-approval with other architectural details
at building permit application.
