The Lindstrom manufacturing facility is a fully equipped plant set up to produce precast concrete panels.

Engineered Panel Systems, Inc. (acquired by FNPC) utilizes the plant to produce their products. This facility will serve as the base of FNPC operations.

With this location FNPC is set to focus corporate expansion in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and North Dakota. Targeting expansion in Minnesota and surrounding states will provide additional savings in shipping costs.

In the first quarter of 2005, FNPC will launch an aggressive sales and marketing campaign designed to make developers, builders, engineers and architects in our region aware of the cost savings, design flexibilities, strength and long lasting properties of our precast concrete products.

FNPC has launched a corporate expansion program to develop precast concrete product manufacturing plants throughout the United States. An international expansion program is also in the works.

Locating a FNPC plant in a selected municipality can produce jobs and economic development. A FNPC plant provides from 80 to 120 jobs in the plant and an additional 50 to 70 in the field. In addition, we stimulate the existing economy by providing work to the trades and local suppliers. FNPC sub-contracts all of the finishing needs (electrical, plumbing, concrete, carpentry, roofing, painting, etc.) for our homes.

In addition, the precast concrete products produced by FNPC are used to produce high quality, affordable housing. This can be instrumental in attracting larger corporations to relocate to the communities.

Due to the job creation and economic development attributes that a FNPC manufacturing plant can provide, The company will be able to expand into selected locations utilizing a variety of funding options. These include; bonds (municipal, industrial and federal), Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Enterprise Zone funding, low interest loans and tax abatements. FNPC is also seeking to work with selected municipalities offering low or no cost land to build houses on. Private sector investors are also being sought for partnerships with FNPC in housing development and manufacturing plant joint ventures.
