Mr. Null has over 25 years of investment banking, securities industry, growth company and new business development experience.

For over 25 years he has researched and developed ways to produce a superior concrete product. Mr. Null has refined and enhanced the aggregate blend, mixing and encapsulation process used to produce FNPC concrete. During this time he also developed the pre-cast concrete panel steel forms and conveyer transport manufacturing process used by FNPC to increase production rates and reduce manufacturing costs.

With these accomplishments Mr. Null is ready to lead FNPC into the new period of growth that is ahead. A comprehensive marketing and sales program is being launched. Multiple avenues of new business are being pursued at this time. Both domestic and International expansion projects are in the works. The company plans to achieve significant growth and market penetration throughout 2007

With a superior product ready for market and a cost effective manufacturing process established, Mr. Null has led the significant corporate developments that occurred in 2004. This includes; the public listing of FNPC stock, the acquisition of Engineered Panel Systems and acquisition of the Lindstrom, MN manufacturing plant.

We have also designed a manufacturing process that will enable FNPC to produce more product at lower costs. I believe I have structured FNPC as a vehicle that can quickly and cost effectively produce and deliver our beneficial products to the market and users that need them. The public listing of our stock, the Lindstrom manufacturing plant acquisition and the addition of Engineered Panel Systems should be instrumental in accomplishing our goals. FNPC is now set to deliver profound positive effects on the lives of people throughout the communities we service.

My goal is to provide quality, affordable homes and structures that provide comfort, dignity, safety, value and permanence. FNPC products can be used to build homes, commercial buildings, fences and barriers that will be there for generations. Environment Friendly - FNPC is also focused on our environment and the positive effects that our products can have. We can utilize certain wood based waste in our aggregate blends. This reduces landfill dumping and air pollution related burning. Our concrete panels can significantly reduce lumber use. In addition the solid, insulating and air tight properties of our panels provide energy efficiency that greatly reduce oil, gas and electric heating and cooling needs.
